by commissioning me, therefore you agree to following terms and conditions

As the artist I reserve the right to the commissioned design and artworks for portfolio and promotion purposes, such as printing for compilation artbook, social media post, etc. Illustrated character right will remains with their rightful owners.
I reserve the right to refuse to work on project I do not feel comfortable to draw.
Customers and Clients are NOT allowed to:
- claim credit on producing the artwork.
- remove watermark / credit on the artwork.
- re-upload/resell the commissioned artwork for any NFT purpose, by or for any means, including but not limited to the creation, production, publishing marketing, sale, or anything else.
I DO NOT allow anyone, client or non-client, any usage of my artworks, documentation, or any other materials provided to be used in whole or in part in relation to artificial intelligence, neural networks, or other machine learning or derived technology (AI), or any database that is accessed by AI.
Personal usage includes use for profile picture, social media banners, phone and desktop wallpaper, personal print.
Commercial Use artwork commission need to be stated upfront prior to the start of work. Added fees may apply for purchasing Commercial Use License. Commercial usage included but not limited to printing for merchandise, streaming assets, etc.
Failure to abide by this will ensure you being blacklisted from future commission slots.

Commission Process & Payment

I accept commission by email (elciraartworks@gmail.com). Social media direct message or Discord can be used for ease of communication regarding updates or question, but all deliverables by the artist (invoices, documentations, work in progress, revisions, and final artworks) will be sent through e-mail.
Client should provide all necessary details possible about the commissions they wanted (descriptions, concept, reference image, etc).
After the details has been discussed and prices are agreed upon, Payment is made upfront (100%) through Paypal invoice or Ko-fi Commissions as international means of payment. If you're from Indonesia, I accept alternative through bank transfer or E-wallet (GoPay / OVO)
- Please pay the agreed amount within 7 working days to avoid cancellation.
- The rest of the commission will only be continued after payment has been received by the artist.
All price listed is in USD (United States Dollar). For IDR (Indonesian Rupiah), please contact me for details. .
Refund are allowed if no progress is made from the artist's end for more than 3 months. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.

Consultation ➝ Payment ➝ Rough First Sketch / Compositions(2 Revisions ) ➝ Line art ➝
Base Color & Lighting (1 Revision) ➝ Coloring / Final (1 Revision) ➝ Deliverables.

Client will receive update on their commission and allowed revisions on different stages: 2 (two) on sketch, 1 (one) on base color, and 1 (one) minimal revision on final. Any more revisions will incur additional fees.
Once started, commission will be delivered 2 weeks up to 2 month. Time may change depending on the request / difficulty / queue that I have. I will communicate if any delay happens and hope that we can work it out together.
Client will only receive full-resolution digital files of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to the Client's home adress.

You can request minimal armor or limited technical object (small machine, cyborg arm, android, fantasy cyber tech, etc). I will try my best on armor and more technical drawings, but please understand the limitations.

I DON'T DO:

Full Mecha / Robot

Full Gore / Vore (body horror

Heavy NSFW (fully displayed genitalia, heavy sex scene)

Full Anthropomorphic / Furry

Hate Speech / Racially targeted content
